PT Cars Pacific Bali ("We", "Us", or "Our") respects the privacy of the users of the MysticClash App. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

  • Name — upon registration
  • Email address — for login and notifications
  • Date and place of birth — optional, for personalizing astrological character advice
  • Chat content — messages you send to the advisors

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

  • Technical device data — platform (iOS/Android), OS version, device identifier
  • Usage data — which features are used, session frequency
  • Time zone — for accurate display of dates and times

2.3 Payment Data

We do not collect or store bank card data. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We only receive confirmation of the payment status.

How We Use Data

  • Service Provision — generating AI advisor responses, maintaining chat history, managing subscriptions
  • Personalization — adapting advice based on the data you provide (e.g., date of birth)
  • Product Improvement — analyzing aggregated usage data
  • Communication — sending notifications about service changes, responding to customer support inquiries

We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Section 4

Data Transfer to Third Parties

4.1 AI Providers

To generate advisor responses, your messages are transmitted to AI technology providers (including, but not limited to: OpenAI, DeepSeek, Grok, Gemini). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and do not use it to train their models (subject to applicable agreements).

4.2 Infrastructure

Data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by DigitalOcean. The servers are physically located in Singapore and the United States.

4.3 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Section 5

Data Retention

  • Your account data and chat history are retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Upon account deletion, data is deleted within 30 days, except for data required to be retained by law.
  • Backups may be stored for up to 90 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data — request a copy of all stored data
  • Correct inaccurate data through your account settings
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your chat history (if the feature is available)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing by deleting your account

Data Security

We implement standard security measures:

  • Data encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Password encryption (bcrypt)
  • Restricted employee access to user data
  • Regular security audits

Section 8

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has registered in the App, please contact us immediately to delete the account.

Section 9

International Data Transfers

Because our servers are located in Singapore and the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence (including transfers outside the European Economic Area). In such cases, we ensure an appropriate level of data protection in compliance with GDPR requirements (e.g., via Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards).

GDPR (for EU Users)

Legal bases for data processing:

  • Performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide our services
  • Legitimate interest — product improvement, security

In the event of material changes to this Policy, we will notify you via the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
