Terms of Use

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Squads AI application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue your use of the App immediately.

The App is developed and maintained by PT Cars Pacific Bali ("We", "Us", or "Our").

Section 2

Description of Service

Squads AI provides access to AI characters powered by artificial intelligence technologies, including AI friends, advisors, and themed squads that chat with you and debate with each other from different perspectives.

Section 3

User Age

The use of the App is restricted to individuals who are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use the App.

Section 4

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• A single individual is permitted to have no more than one account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Section 5

Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Pricing Plans

The App offers several paid subscription plans: Light, Pro, and Premium. Details of each plan, including the number of credits provided and the cost, are available within the App.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the subsequent period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Billing

• iOS: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Android: Payments are charged to your Google Play account. You can manage your subscription in your Google Play account settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with the refund policy of the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not directly control or manage the refund process.

5.5 Credits

Credits are the App's internal currency used for sending messages to AI characters. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in the subscription plan details. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Section 6

Rules of Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Transmit illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content;
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the App;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass system limitations;
• Use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access the App without our express written permission;
• Use AI character responses for commercial purposes without our authorization.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, characters, and textual content, is the intellectual property of PT Cars Pacific Bali. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our prior written consent.

The content you input into the chat remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any damages or losses arising from your reliance on the responses of AI characters;
• Service interruptions or downtime of the App;
• Actions of third parties, including AI technology providers.

Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 9

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 10

Termination

You have the right to delete your account at any time through the App settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused credits or the remaining duration of your subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts at the location of PT Cars Pacific Bali.

Section 12

Apple App Store

The license granted to you for the Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This End User License Agreement is concluded between you and PT Cars Pacific Bali only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Application (including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer protection), nor for any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, and that you will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
